[The international modern circus show will take place in Kotohira on Sep.28, 2019. ]

Kotohira town is known for the Konpirasan shrine and the kabuki theater, Kanamaruza. This year, Setouchi Circus Factory (SCF) is going to present a whole new world of circus performance combine with those famous architectures in Kotohira.

What the aloft work looks like? Can you imagine that those workers fly around the buildings or construction sites? 

Topic 2: Lion Dance PLUS Circus
The lion dance is known as Shishi-mai in Japanese. It is thought to have been imported from China during the Tang Dynasty and became associated with the celebration of Buddha's Birthday.
